Asparagus, Garlic and Cheese Pasta

Mueller's Thin Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces of Mueller's Thin Spaghetti
  • 1 pound thin asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic in oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. About 1 minute before your pasta is finished cooking, add the asparagus to the water.
    2. Gently drain asparagus with pasta. Combine asparagus, pasta, garlic and cheese in a large serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
