Backyard BBQ Pasta Salad
This recipe is a fast and flavorful way to utilize leftover BBQ or deli meats.

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Rotini
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup red bell peppers, diced
- 12 ounces BBQ beef, ham or chicken, diced
- 2 1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is “al dente,” drain in colander and rinse pasta with cold water until cool to the touch. Drain well.
- Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and toss well.
- Chill before serving.
