Chunky Chicken and Tomato Herb Farfalle
Fresh herb flavors of basil and cilantro lighten up this chunky pasta sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Bowtie pasta
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-1/2 cups fresh tomato, diced
- 2 cups quartered, diced zucchini
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 4 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add tomatoes, zucchini, herbs and garlic. Cook additional 4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serve over cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
