Country Garden Casserole

Buttery sauce combined with ham and broccoli makes this a downhome dish for the family. Enjoy it right away or slip into a casserole dish with breadcrumbs for a golden crust.



Mueller's Hearty Egg Noodles Extra Wide

Serves 6

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Mueller's Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 (1 stick) cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add ham and broccoli. Cook and stir until tender. Add cooked noodles and tomatoes. Cook and stir until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in cheese.
  3. Place mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
