Crab and Garlic Butter Pasta
A kick of hot sauce adds zip to the sweet taste of crab. And a fresh squeeze of lemon adds a fresh flavor!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mueller's Bowtie
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
- 1 pound cooked crabmeat
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon cut into 8 wedges
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and hot pepper sauce; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add parsley and crabmeat, cook 2 minutes more.
- Combine cooked pasta with crab mixture; mix well. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with lemon wedges.
