Crab and Garlic Butter Pasta

A kick of hot sauce adds zip to the sweet taste of crab. And a fresh squeeze of lemon adds a fresh flavor!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Mueller's Bowtie
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 pound cooked crabmeat
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon cut into 8 wedges

Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Heat butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and hot pepper sauce; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add parsley and crabmeat, cook 2 minutes more.
    3. Combine cooked pasta with crab mixture; mix well. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with lemon wedges.
