Join the Chicken Club Pasta Salad
Turn a classic diner club sandwich into a delicious pasta salad. Crunchy romaine lettuce and bacon make a great match with the creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mueller's Rotini
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, halved, thinly sliced
- 2-1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 3/4 cup chopped, cooked bacon
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool.
- Toss cooked pasta with all remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
