Mardi Gras Celebration Pasta
Indulge in great taste with Fettuccine layered with cream and a variety of mouth-watering Creole seafood favorites.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Fettuccine
- 1-1 1/2 pounds combination of raw shrimp, cooked crawfish and crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder or 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 8 ounces half and half
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine shrimp, crawfish, crab meat and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add seafood mixture, onions and garlic. Cook about 4-5 minutes, or until shrimp is light pink.
- Reduce heat, add half and half, heavy cream, basil and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir until heated through and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour over hot fettuccine and serve immediately.
