Spicy Shrimp Pasta Salad
This recipe heats things up with Creole Mustard and bell peppers.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Penne Rigate
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons yellow bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Creole mustard and extra virgin olive oil. Add bell pepper, green onions, pasta and shrimp.
- Season with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning to taste. Serve in a large chilled bowl.
