Tri Color Bowtie Shrimp Scampi
Shrimp in wine sauce with a hint of butter. Elegant yet simple, this recipe makes a perfect dish for entertaining.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Tri Color Bowtie
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 10 ounces large shrimp, thawed
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1-1/4 cups white wine
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, bell pepper and green onion; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and seasoning; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add wine to skillet; simmer until shrimp is cooked through. Mix in pasta and serve.
