Chicken Alfredo Pesto Dumplings

Ingredients
- 12 oz Mueller's Yolk Free Dumpling Ribbons
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 container (7 oz) refrigerated pesto with basil
- 11 oz. fully-cooked, frozen grilled chicken strips, partially thawed (about 2 cups strips; 1/2 of a 22 oz bag)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
Directions
- Cook dumplings according to package directions; drain. Return dumplings to the hot pan.
- Add Alfredo sauce, pesto and chicken. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes until chicken is heated through.
- Gently stir in Parmesan and tomatoes.
- If desired, two cups of any type of cooked chicken can be substituted for frozen chicken breast strips.
