Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs-8 oz

Ingredients

8 oz Mueller’s® Spaghetti
½ lb lean ground beef
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
1/8 cup milk
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 jar (26 to 30 oz) pasta sauce 

Directions

• Cook the Spaghetti according to package directions.
• Drain, cover and set aside.
• Preheat oven to 350.
• In large bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, milk, egg, garlic and pepper.
• Shape into 10 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs.
• Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
• Bake in oven 15 to 20 minutes or until well done.
• Meanwhile, in large skillet heat pasta sauce.
• Add meatballs and simmer until heated through.
• Top spaghetti with meatballs and sauce.
• Top with additional Parmesan, if desired.
