Dijonnaise Summer Chicken Salad
The Dijonnasie sauce gives a delightful creamy tang to the dressing in this light recipe. Broccoli and red pepper add plenty of taste and fiber, too!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Mueller's Ziti
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Dijonnaise (prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
- 1 red pepper, cubed
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool.
- Combine mayonnaise, Dijonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooled pasta, chicken, broccoli and red pepper; toss to coat.
- Cover; chill to blend flavors.
