Dumpling Garden Skillet Meal

Ingredients
12 oz Mueller’s® Old Fashioned Dumplings1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
¼ cup flour
1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced or 1 tbsp garlic powder
½ cup red peppers, cut into strips
½ cup carrots, peeled, cut thin
½ cup celery, cut thin
½ cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp dried basil
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp sour cream
Directions
• Cook the Dumplings according to package directions.• Drain, cover and set aside.
• Toss chicken in flour.
• In large skillet over medium heat, sauté coated chicken in oil until browned.
• Add garlic, vegetables and basil; cook 2 minutes.
• Reduce heat to low, slowly stir in chicken broth.
• Cook until slightly thickened; add sour cream and stir in Dumplings.
• Heat through and serve immediately.
