Greek Pasta Salad with Ruffles

Ingredients
16 oz Mueller’s® Ruffles2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
½ small red onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups (6 oz) crumbled feta cheese
¾ cup sliced ripe black olives
½ cup Italian salad dressing
Directions
• Cook Ruffles according to package directions.• Drain and allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
• In a large bowl toss together cooked pasta, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cheese, olives and salad dressing.
• Cover; chill 4 hours or overnight.
• Before serving, stir again; add additional 1 to 2 tablespoons salad dressing, if desired.
