Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
6 oz (1/2 pkg)Mueller's Medium Egg Noodles2 Cans (49 oz each) chicken broth
1-1/2 Cups sliced carrots
1 Cup sliced celery
1 Cup chopped onion
¼ Teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in bite-size cubes
1 Tablespoon parsley flakes (optional)
Directions
• In a large soup pot, combine chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes.
• Add chicken; return to a boil. Stir in noodles.
• Cover and boil 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley, if desired.
Tip: In place of canned chicken broth, use 12 cups water and 8 packets (5.3g each) or 6 tablespoons chicken flavor instant bouillon, or use homemade chicken broth.
