Home-Style Ribbon & Beef Skillet

Ingredients
- 12 oz Mueller's Yolk Free Wide Ribbons
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb beef sirloin or top round, cut into 1/4 x 2-inch strips or 1 lb stir-fry beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar (18 oz) beef gravy
Directions
- Cook Ribbons according to package directions; drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently. Add onion and continue to cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 8 minutes or until beef is browned and onion is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in mushrooms and gravy. Heat until sauce is hot.
- Stir in cooked Ribbons.
- If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. If desired, add 1/2 cup frozen peas along with mushrooms. Garnish with minced fresh parsley.
