Mueller's Yolk Free Ribbons Wide

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mueller's Yolk Free Wide Ribbons
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or top round, cut into 1/4 x 2-inch strips or 1 lb stir-fry beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 jar (18 oz) beef gravy

Directions

  1. Cook Ribbons according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently. Add onion and continue to cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 8 minutes or until beef is browned and onion is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and gravy. Heat until sauce is hot.
  4. Stir in cooked Ribbons.
  5. If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. If desired, add 1/2 cup frozen peas along with mushrooms. Garnish with minced fresh parsley.
