Homerun Hot Dog Pasta Salad

Knock the ball out of the park with this easy kid-loving meal-in-a-bowl. Pair sliced hot dogs with delicious Mueller's pasta and a few tasty fixins to make a variation of an all-American favorite - and a versatile entrée or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz  Mueller's Rotelle pasta
  • 5 All-beef hot dogs, grilled or cooked and sliced in bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle, diced into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook Mueller's pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except pasta and cooked hotdogs. Once thoroughly mixed, add Mueller's pasta and sliced hot dogs tossing gently to coat.
  3. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
