16 oz Ruffles Pasta, uncooked
1 lb Italian sausage
1 can (14.5 oz) low sodium beef broth plus water to equal 2 cups
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, un-drained
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded 5 cheese Italian blend or shredded Mozzarella cheese
Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray. Cook sausage over medium-high heat until sausage is browned. Stir sausage frequently as it cooks to crumble finely. Add beef broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Add uncooked pasta, covered, stirring frequently for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
