Late Night with Pasta and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne
- 1 (14 oz) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Directions
- Cook pasta 6 minutes; add broccoli. Return to a boil and cook 4-5 minutes until pasta and broccoli are tender. Save some cooking water; drain.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add hot pasta and broccoli. Toss well. Add 1-2 tablespoons cooking water if pasta seems dry. Sprinkle with cheese.
