Mexicali Cheese Pasta with Ready Cut

Ingredients
16 oz Mueller’s® Ready Cut Macaroni1 jar (16 oz) cheese sauce
2 cups tomato salsa
1 cup grated Parmesan, divided
Directions
• Cook Ready Cut Macaroni according to package directions.
• Drain, cover and set aside.
• In a large saucepan combine cheese sauce, salsa, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
• Heat through, stirring until evenly mixed.
• Add the cooked Ready Cut Macaroni to the cheese mixture, stir.
• Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
• Bake at 375˚ for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Option: Add 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and medium diced.
