Ingredients

12 oz Mueller’s® Extra Wide Yolk Free Pasta Ribbons
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes, chopped
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can (6 oz) black olives, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
¾ tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions

• Cook ribbons according to package directions.
• In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic; drain off juice.
• Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, black olives, red bell pepper, thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
• Combine ribbons with meat mixture.
• Spray a 4-quart baking casserole dish with vegetable spray and pour casserole mixture in.
• Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
