Mostaccioli Pomodoro Style

Ingredients
16 oz Mueller’s® Mostaccioli¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2-1/2 cups diced tomatoes
½ cup fresh chopped basil or 2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
• Cook Mostaccioli according to package directions.• Drain, cover and set aside.
• Heat olive oil in large skillet.
• Add tomatoes, basil, garlic and chicken broth; simmer for 2 minutes.
• Toss hot pasta with sauce; mix well.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
