Mueller's Linguine with Clam Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz (1/2 pkg) Mueller’s® Linguine2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
1 can (6-1/2 oz) chopped clams, undrained
¼ cup diced roasted red pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¾ cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, divided
Directions
• Cook Linguine according to package directions.• Drain, cover and set aside.
• In large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
• Add garlic; stirring frequently, cook 30 seconds.
• Add clams, roasted red pepper, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
• Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
• Toss with or serve over linguine.
• Top with remaining cheese.
