Pizza Pasta Pie
It's pizza night. Instead of thin or thick crust, how about a pasta crust! The kids will love this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (13.25 oz) Mueller's Hidden Vegetable Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 (1/2 - 24 oz jar) cups pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices turkey pepperoni or to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook pasta according to directions.
- Toss pasta with butter. Add egg and Parmesan; mix thoroughly.
- With the back of a serving spoon, spread pasta mixture into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon the cottage cheese over pasta, leaving 1/2-inch pasta showing. Spread pasta sauce over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle with the Mozzarella; arrange pepperoni on top. Bake 20-25 minutes. Slice into sections.
- Option: Add cooked ground beef or cooked Italian sausage.
