Sea Shells Con Broccoli

Ingredients
8 oz (1/2 pkg) Mueller's 100% Large Shells¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
4 Cloves garlic, minced or 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon dried basil
½ Tablespoon dried rosemary
¼ Cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped fine
1/3 Cup white wine (optional)
1-1/4 Cup chicken or vegetable broth
1-1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
4-1/2 Cups broccoli florets, blanched al dente
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
• Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli the last 2 minutes of cooking time.• Drain pot.
• Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; add garlic, basil, rosemary and sun dried tomatoes.
• Cook 1 minute.
• Add the wine and reduce by 1/2. Then add broth.
• Toss in broccoli and shells; stir until hot.
• Add the cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
