Seasonal Spinach Rotini Salad
This refreshing pasta salad keeps things light. Try as a cool side dish or as a summer main course.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mueller's Rotini
- 4 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 4 ounces pepperoni, julienne
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta and mix well.
