Skillet Pasta and Beef Dinner

Mueller's Rotini Twists

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (1lb. 8oz) Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 12 oz uncooked Mueller's Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

 

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch skillet, drain
  2. Stir in pasta sauce and water
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat
  4. Stir in uncooked rotini and return to boil
  5. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, stirring occasionally, 14 minutes or until rotini tender
  6. Remove from heat, and then sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
