Smoked Pepper Salmon Cream Pasta
Smoked peppered salmon adds lots of flavor to this simple creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mueller's Bowtie
- 1-3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 6 ounces smoked and peppered salmon filet, skinned, diced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Chardonnay wine or vodka
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat cream in large skillet over medium-high heat. When cream begins to thicken, add salmon, butter, scallions, salt and pepper. Lightly stir until sauce has cooked to a medium-thin consistency. Add Parmesan cheese, Chardonnay or vodka and pasta.
- Mix together well and serve.
