Tailgate Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mueller's Penne
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 cup Genoa salami, medium diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, medium diced
- 1-1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 3/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Place cooked pasta in colander. Rinse until cool to the touch. Toss well to remove any excess water.
- Transfer pasta into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients to pasta.
- Toss well. Chill and serve.
