Tomato Bacon Rotini
Fast and filling, this easy pasta recipe makes a great main course.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces Mueller's Rotini
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3/4 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add in cheese, bacon, tomatoes and pasta; toss to coat.
- Heat through and serve immediately.
