Tuna and Egg Tomato Pasta Salad
A delicious pasta dish to bring to the family reunion. The added protein from the tuna and egg helps to make it a balanced meal. Make the salad ahead to allow the flavors to blend.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Mueller's Rotini or Mueller's Elbow Macaroni
- 1-1/2 cups diced celery
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 diced medium onion
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chilled and chopped fine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain again.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, toss with pasta to coat.
- Chill for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
