Try something different by adding pasta to the classic summer flavors of vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese.

16 oz.Angel Hair Pasta
4 medium, ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
8 oz.mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cupminced fresh basil
1/2 cupvinaigrette or Italian dressing
salt and pepper to taste
1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
2In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cheese cubes and basil.
3Drizzle with dressing, add salt and pepper to taste, toss to combine. Serve immediately.
To seed tomatoes, slice in half crosswise and scoop seeds out with a small spoon or even your finger.
Swap the dressing for your own combination of flavors. Combine 6 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons vinegar of your choice in a small bowl, then add small amounts of whatever herbs you like until it’s just right. Try oregano, parsley or thyme
