Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz.) Pot-Sized™ Angel Hair Pasta
  • 4 medium, ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil vinaigrette dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, tomatoes, cheese cubes and basil. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
  3. Tips: For the most attractive presentation, seed tomatoes. To easily do this, cut off the top of the tomato, slicing horizontally. Use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds.

  • 1/2 package (8 oz.) Pot-Sized™ Spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound bulk Italian sausage, ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) traditional marinara sauce
  • 1 cup light Alfredo sauce (from a jar)
  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth or water
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat oil. Add Italian sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until sausage is done. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, beef broth and uncooked spaghetti.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to maintain a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with Mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover skillet and allow cheese to melt.

  • 1/2 package (8 oz.) Pot-Sized™ Linguine, uncooked
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup with herbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat broth until it comes to a simmer. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer.
  2. Add uncooked Linguine. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 to 11 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together soup and milk. Pour soup mixture into pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Add bacon and peas.
  4. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Tips: Substitute cream of chicken soup for the cream of chicken soup with herbs. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Substitute 1/3 cup fully-cooked bacon pieces for crumbled bacon.

  • 1/2 package (8 oz.) Pot-Sized™ Spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup with herbs
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken (for rotisserie chicken--bones and skin removed and meat cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) steam in bag frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus additional for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Add uncooked spaghetti and cook, stirring frequently, until spaghetti begins to brown slightly.
  3. Add soup and chicken broth. Heat until simmering. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Meanwhile, microwave broccoli cuts in package on High power for 3 minutes. Add to pasta mixture along with chicken. Cover and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add Mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Allow cheese to melt, stirring continuously, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with additional shredded Parmesan before serving.
