10 oz Muller's® Rotini
0.25 cup olive oil
0.25 cup chopped onion
6 cloves garlic clove, minced
1.50 cups chicken broth
28 oz diced tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp salt
0.50 tsp ground black pepper
0.50 tsp dried Italian herbs
0.50 tsp dried red pepper flakes
4 cups fresh spinach leaves, coarsely chopped

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, add onion and garlic. Cook three minutes or until tender, but not brown.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and red pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered about 15 minutes. Add spinach; cook 2 minutes or until wilted.

Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Toss hot sauce and sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
