Baked Cheddar & Swiss Macaroni and Cheese
Awesome, eats. Freezes well.
It was good. I like the Swiss mixed with cheddar. The added breadcrumbs gave it an extra crunch. I did add a bit of ham.
I did a swiss cheese mix of Grueyere, emmentaller, frumunda, and havarti. Its creamier, more pungent and coats the noodles better
Just like Mom used to make
If using this as a side dish, I’m sure it makes more than six servings, doesn’t it?
I double the amount of cheddar cheese and add 2 cups of pepper jack. It tastes so good that way. definitely my favorite mac n cheese recipe.
I love this. I also add crushed-up Cheez-its along with the bread crumbs.
Love this ! Make it all the time
How do I prepare ahead ?
