Ingredients
12 ounces Mueller’s Tri-Color Rotini
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber, not peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
Cooking Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water, drain well and set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, stir together salsa and red wine vinaigrette.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and celery. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables and toss together.

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until chilled.
