This Asian-style linguine dish is unbelievably simple to make. An Asian vinaigrette coats the linguine and pork, giving this dish a zesty flavor.
Ingredients
16 ounces Mueller’s® Linguine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips about 1/4 x 2-inches
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, pea pods, etc.)
1 cup Asian or Sesame vinaigrette dressing
Cooking Directions
1Cook pasta according to package directions; reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water then drain well and set aside.
2Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is lightly browned, approximately 3 minutes.
3Add frozen vegetables and cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is fully cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes.
4Stir vinaigrette into skillet and add cooked pasta, tossing to combine. Stir in 1/2 cup reserved pasta liquid if a thinner sauce is desired.
