Uncooked lobster meat (can sub shrimp or scallops)

Cook fettuccini according to package instructions

Heat oil and butter in fry pan on medium. Lower temperature and add a splash of lemon juice and the lobster meat

Saute lightly and serve over fettuccini. Garnish with parsley
