Spicy Shrimp Scampi sautéed in a fiery garlic and chili-infused butter sauce, tossed with al dente pasta, and crushed red pepper. Yum.
Ingredients
16 ounces Mueller’s® Fettuccine
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
3/4 lb. Small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dried red pepper flakes
Cooking Directions

Prepare Mueller’s® Fettuccine according to package directions, drain.

In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil; add shrimp, parsley, salt and crushed red pepper.

Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add pasta to the pan and toss to coat pasta.

Serve warm.
